Costarainera Wellness Park
The Costarainera Wellness Park is the redevelopment project conceived and curated by the University of Genoa (Department of Architecture and Design) which, thanks to the professionalism of technicians, landscape experts and naturopaths, has seen the creation within the park of suggestive "rooms for naturotherapies" that host species of plants that promote the psycho-physical well-being of the person and that are used as natural therapies (medicinal species, Bach flowers, plants for colour therapy and aromatherapy, garden of breath).
There are nine rooms inside the garden: "The Five Colours Diet", "The Garden of Chromotherapy", "The Garden of Flowers to Taste", "The Garden to Smell", "The Garden of Bach Flowers" , "The Aromatherapy Garden", "The Garden of Good Breath", "The Path of Medicinal Plants", "The Educational Orchard" and "The area for orthotherapy and art therapy".
Inside the park, spaces have been created for educational laboratories of orthotherapy and art therapy, in collaboration with the two artists Judith Török and Carin Grudda, already famous for the two open-air museums "Villa Biener" and the park "Tra i Mondi "Present in Cipressa and Lingueglietta, in the heart of the San Lorenzo Valley.
